[SOLVED] NVIDIA Red/Blue 3D Issue - Running 2 clients stuck in 3D

Any advice on the following would be greatly appreciated. I understand this is not really a problem with EVE but hopefully I can find some help. :)

Problem:
Loading EVE always had the client in RED/BLUE 3D mode. This is not a setting in game but an option of my GPU. Initially I thought this not a problem because I can use CTRL+T to toggle the RED/BLUE effect off.

However, the problem gets worse if I load a second client; it too loads in RED/BLUE 3D mode and there is no combination of toggles or options that leaves me with both clients with the R/B turned off.

If I start both clients without toggling the setting one client always flips to having the setting off. If I try to turn the setting off first and then load the second client then the second client loads with the R/B on but then when I try to turn it off it turns back ON for the first client.

OS:
Windows 8.1 latest

GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 (Driver 9.18.13.4052 - 02/Jul/2014)

DISCLAIMER: Both solutions provided as-is with no liability accepted or warranty given. Follow them at your own risk.

Solved. Two options.

Solution #1 - Uninstall "Nvidia 3d Vision driver"
This is the sledge-hammer approach, which I had to use because option two below wasn't visible on the control panel.

Basically go into "Programs and Features" in windows and uninstall "Nvidia 3d Vision driver". This stops any program from using the red/blue 3D option.

Solution #2 - Disable Stereoscopic 3D in NVidia control panel
1. Open NVidia Control Panel
2. ON the left menu select "Stereoscopic 3D settings"
3. Disable it

Note: This didn't work for me because this option was not visible for some reason but apparently it should be. v0v.
