WTB PVP starter char 8b budget

I am looking for a character that can fly stealth bombers, ceptors, and prefer a T3. Skills don't have to be focused, but I will not pay extra for mining, hauling, PI, or other skills.

I would like to have as clean a corp history as possible....my ocd doesn't like staring at long lists of previous corps.

My budget is 8B, so lets see what's out there!

Mmmm ... here might be an option for you. It is a very focus pvp toon, for about 5B. Can fly Nemesis now and can fly a Proteus in about 30 days. Already got great gunnery skills (T2 blasters). 8.6M SPs and none wasted. A pure fighter, and state-of-the-art Taranis fighter.
