I too regularly use the behaviour of a couple of people to generalise about groups with thousands of members Roll

Crap like this is so typical of the warzone on all sides, not to mention eve in general, that if this is really the first time you have encountered it, and you were so surprised by it that you thought it worth posting about, I can only conclude that people like this are actually far less common in CalMil than on the other side.

Actually, what should be taken from this is that a couple of bad apples makes the whole bunch look bad. It's called perception, and it is a mofo.

If some new players were to join a militia, and this is what they encounter on their first day; well, you can guess what they are going to think about the whole opposing militia.

We might not like it, but that is how societies think. We don't specify, we generalize.

If you don't like it, then police your own and frown on this type of behavior.

This is true and such behaviour does need to be policed. However, given how common it is on all sides, what is not helpful is for such behaviour to be exploited by veterans to claim the moral high ground for one militia. That's just a cheap shot.
