Is it possible to evasion tank the four BS sleepers in a prospect while harvesting the gas?
If so, it would avoid the difficulty of having to clear them.

Not sure how you would evasion tank when you're capped out. The BS in this site are definitely difficult, and not without reason, as the gas here is easily one of the most lucrative endeavours in the game.

I'd recommend the standard ninja huffing if you don't have an appropriate fleet to handle the BS.

I heard officer ENAM offers enough buffer on prospect to tank those rats. But it think you also need on of those story line Damage Controls to fit it though :/

Yeah i thought they did indeed fix the BM out of range of sleeper trick. He might be referring to just ninja huffing before they spawn.

2 Marauders can clear all the core sites, and you only need T2 fittings...

Last I tried it I depleted the gas with pair of ventures before the sleepers showed up.

You didn't do this at an Instrumental site bro - you were at a Vital. At a Vital site you can clear all the c320 b4 rats spawn bc there is a smaller amount of it. instrumental and vitals are inverse when it comes to the gas they hold in the clouds. Instrumentals have large clouds of c320 and small clouds of c540. The Vitals are opposite.
