Patch Stuck at 25%

So I went on vacation and came back to find the new patch availible. I tried to install the patch, but it sticks at the 25% mark on (2/4). I have tried the only real solution that I have found for this issue, but that did not help at all. The specific error:

"(2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_846443-848647_WIN.PATCH 25.0%"

The 'solution' i found said to open Task manager and end the CCP client, but I have no CCP anything running at all.

My computer isn't top of the line, but I have been able to run EVE with no issues on High settings. Hope that little tidbit helps.

I have the same problem now with Rhea patch 1.2. Before that the game run fine. Is there any other solution?

I have this every time there is a patch and nothing i do seems to help. Basically have to uninstall and redownload the entire client everytime there is a patch.

Is there not somewhere we can just download the patch file and apply directly ???

Yup,
I get the same issue every time the game tries to patch, get's stuck at 25% and i usually have to re-install The EVE client which takes me 2-3 hours (Best internet in the world here!) Ugh

Deleting and re-installing the launcher fails.
Emptying the cache fails.
Running the repair tool fails.

Only thing that seems to work is re-installing the entire client, which i did last night not more than 8-9 hours ago...
And now i'm back at it...

Ah. Another patch, another complete 6gb+ download.

That's 3 this week. Thanks so much for the support and positive feedback ccp. Merry xmas to you all.

And now how about somewhere to download the patch from please????
