WTA 69mil SP all rounder with sub cap PVP focus(all races)

This great all rounder is up for auction.
He has great standing with all the HS factions and can run lvl4's for each HS faction.
Can fly almost all sub cap ships, haven't trained for the confessor, but its 1 skill
Can fly all T3's. One sub 22 hrs away from 5 to complete all race subs to 5.
Can fly all races T2 ships and command ships. He can fly command ships based on the ability before the change, so can fly all command ships.
He has solo'd C3' wh's so can do PI, mine, scan, etc.
Can use all medium T2 weapons and most small. I think light missiles is lacking.
Can fly a palladin and vargur with T2 large guns.
Great logi skills for both shield and armor. He was used for both logi and dps in incursions.
Can use sentry drones.
He will fit in almost all Null doctrines.
Can easily solo lvl4's in most BS's.
Can fly a blockade runner and Deep Space transport for caldari.(Crane and Bustard)
Can fly an ocra
He is less than 30 days from flying a dread (revelation or nag)
No remaps
4 clones scattered about but in clone with best implants

Positive wallet and sec status
No kill rights
All ccp rules apply

He has moved around a bit, but mostly in and out of an alt corp. He has not left a corp with bad feelings.
