Last week, we opened the very first Council of Rental Management, a council in which every corporation in PBLRD can move in a chosen delegate to represent the corp's interests. The Availability Sheet is listed in the OP, here you go: http://tinyurl.com/Pblrd-Prices

The production of super carriers and titans is prohibited, as mentioned in the Rental Rules. We do not install any upgrades for SCSAA, so it's not possible in the first place.
The production of any other kind of ships, including capitals, is totally fine and encouraged.

How are buyer's regret / refunds handled? Are refunds available?

In general we do not refund the rent of a system you were able to live in for some time. If you change your mind before joining the alliance, we of course refund the money to 100%.
Additionally, we do not charge system transfers during the first month. That means, if you want to swap from the one system to another during your first month, you do not have to pay the full rent for the new system, but only the difference between the old and the new system.

I'm interested in renting a system. Do you have a policy on subletting? I'd like to rent out a moon or two to a corp run by some IRL friends.

Edit: Never mind, found the "On Sharing and Subletting" section in the rules :)

Yup, you are free to share stuff in your system with other people without a problem, especially with other renters. We encourage every kind of inter-corporational deals.
