Me, too! Perhaps that's actually somehow related to the cause of this problem. Adding in the new shortcuts might have screwed with something, since WASD are also by default used to walk around Captain's Quarters.

Happening here too...some of my shortcuts are now blank because I cleared them hoping to be able to fix. Now I have to do a ton of stuff by manually clicking. Almost lost a ship when it happened. Using Ctrl Key. Win 8.1
