Extremely messy roam last night...

Between the 8 man fleet we managed to lose ~15 over the course of 2 hours. The first 5 rifters were welped into a vagabond and a curse (damn asb vaga bait tanked us so hard) and then we proceeded to lose another 5 or so ships 1 by 1 to various gangs and screw ups etc. NOT FUN.

We finally get our **** together and FINALLY GET A KILL!AND ANOTHER!

We catch a few nerds in a plex in Suj a while later.

Then nothing happens for a while and we decided to call it a night. UNTIL BRAVE HERO RENEGNADE (lol) mentions checking out Thera.

It was crap.

We came back and only one person got caught on the gates coming home through highsec.

Jumping into Tama, I notice a corax go flashy on the gate to kill an afk pod. I do him a favour and finish the pod before warping off!

A terribly fit algos engages a member on a gate and dies in a fire before we head home.

As we head home we bump into a gang in a plex on the way home. A suicide squad is formed and we engage! Expecting to get screwed by the rupture, I was pleasantly surpirsed and we kill their flagship and mop up their smaller stuff before fleeing. We lose an algos #ACCEPTABLELOSSES.

We travel home and all go sleep!

UPDATES.

Black Rise is terrible so we moved to Kamela to enjoy the sweet pvp that can only be offered by a religious nut faction whipping a rebellious slave faction. Kicking off our roam as 3rd parties to this terrible conflict, we lost twoalgos to some ****** slicer with snakes, links and fighters assigned by his alt...

Not perturbed, we reshipped and gained some extra duders in fleet. After managed to catch a small gang in their safe (by warping through them repeatedly and BMing as we did so, we got within 50k of them) we engaged using only drones at first, to thin the tackle frigate horde. We popped some frigs, a few destroyers and NEARLY killed a ferox, but their 2 cruisers reappeared and really hurt. We did snag their bomber before leaving =) 4v10 and killed 55m to losing only 5m. Was a very fun fight!

A few jumps later, we catch a very brave condor, who thinks he can fight our tackle kestrel (lol our kessie was being followed by 10 bonused acolyte Is) and he dies in a glorious fire after "splitting our tackle off the dps."

Nothing happens for several jumps, until we chase an atron to a plex, 15AU from a gate. We figure this is a trap but decide to be heroes regardless. We land and the atron pops! Then his mate in a vexor lands, and we hold long point whilst our drones do the hard work, only brawling when we see a bellicose land. The vexor dies (lol 90m isk vexor) and we almost die catching the bellicose. He was fast. A bit of heat and some webbage mixed with a sprinkling of heated dps means he explodes just as our rifter hits half hull!

At some point I whore on a thorax mail (gg easy pvp). We chase an algos around outside a plex in Amamakke, whilst our scout reports a large gang waiting on a gate next door. Sure enough, we catch the algos and the gang lands. We nail a few of their frigs and pop a maulus, just as we catch a tackle on one of their arty tornados. Our ships begin dropping like flies to the stabber fleet issue and his mates as we heat onto the nado. He dies, just as i hit 10% hull and whore on an atron km before exploding. We get blobbed to hell and still manage to blow up 100m of stuff whilst only losing around 20m ourselves. GFGFGFGFGF.

As we head home, we bump into a large frigate gang all going 4kms off a gate. Suiciding into them, we manage to kill a comet, before losing 5m in ships!

A one hour (ish) roam jam packed with fights and laughs! New home is damn good fun eh?

We decided to roam again after this afternoon's shenanigans!

No solid battle report as people died left right and center for a solid 5 hours whilst killing stuff all over min/amarr fw lowsec!

Some of the choice kills for this evening include a stupid comet who thought he could burn past us, a ratting pvp fit myrm, an awful hookbill who died as a member joined a 1v1 as a third party, a hero bomber pilot, some of FHCs own ishkur fleet (damn they were tanky when reps landed), a very annoying dramiel who just wouldnt die, a firetail who landed on some members at the sun post fight AND BEST OF ALL, a champion worm pilot who came within 10k of us!

A grand total of 22 ships died in the process of getting these killmails for your entertainment! I think we lost something like 50m total and killed nearly 400m (maybe more).

Maybe we will take on providence sometime soon?

MORE LOBSTERCOCK FLEET (merlins lol)!

With some week old BARBARIANS IN THE MAKING from a friendly corp, we head out with 9-11 merlins/shield executioners (lolskills) and 3 bantams. After avoiding some nerds popping people on station in arty lokis (:bringingsoloback:) we jump into a plex and snag a few t1 frigate kills and a slicer (MERLINS GO FAST). We are checking out loot when a 5 man dragoon fleet lands on the gate outside and activates! We quickly form up and get the logi frigs off the warpin (cant rep if neuted yo). We tank them fine and only 1 slips away!

Nothing much happens in amamake and we get a very brave pair of tormentors, a hawk and a rifter as we enter a fight as 3rd parties. We blob a poor tristan in gulm and head into lulm.

Our scout kills an afk pod off gate we blob yet another tristan, as a CHALLENGER FLEET (with reps!) appears in local.

We square up and they warp to us and engage us 200k off gate.

Our logi held long enough for us to pop all 3 of their inquisitors (each one worth more than our fleet), sacrificing our own bantams to do so. This evened the field a bit and our 1.5m merlins began shooting stuff in order of price. The 200m daredevil was the first combat frig to die, shortly followed by a 130m succcubus. Unfortunately for us, meta fit merlins cannot stand up to faction and t2 fit retributions and we all died before we killed anything else of theirs. The final BR is totally borked, but we killed 400m worth of stuff in a straight up fight vs superior numbers and superior ships, whilst only losing around 30m ourselves (if that). Sadly, as we all died noone could scoop the loot =(

We reshipped into MOAR MERLINS, and bumped into another frig gang in our home system. After a bit of too and fro in local, we decided that it was best to fight eachother in kourmonen instead of kamela. Both fleets being very HONRABLE, neither tried to catch the other on the ingate. However, a cocky harpy figures that frigates wont engage under gate guns and tackles one of our flashy members. WHOS GIVES A CRAP THIS IS CHEAPFLEET *****. Apparently we can tank gate guns long enough to pop a t2 caldari ship with blasters lol. We get to a safespot and rep up before heading to the novice to continue our agreed fight!

Unfortunately for them, their 15 man gang was unable to break our reps, whilst we killed 2 hookbills and some of their other stuff! Whilst mooching around, our scout calls out about a scythe fleet issue hanging around outside the plex. We bounce and engage him. He maintains a solid speed and we leave rep range to give chase. We lose a tackle merlin doing so (true hero always remembered) but catch the slippery bugger. His mate in a thorax lands and decides to skirt around doing absolutely nothing... And then another friend lands in a tornado. We catch the nado and hold him (damn that tracking against frigs lololol) whilst we plink at the scythes armor tank. Once the scythe fleet issue dies, we proceed to ball up on the nado (who pops another frig - WHAT IS TRANSVERSAL?) and complete his insurance contract (boooom). Overall battle report shows 300m killed and 3m lost!

The Yulai Fed (amarr victor etc) FC convoes me and asks for a rematch at some point. Pleasantries are exchanged and a new contact is added! Stay tuned for future frigate fights (booyah).

Having had 2 decent fleet fights (the last one was techincally 2 but merged them anyway) we head on up to hadozeka, avoiding a proteus guardian gang on the way (merlins arent THAT good). Nothing really happens but we catch a ratting caracal, a silly venture, a daring breacher and a very unfortunate rupture (who realised he cant jump gate to get away from 10 frigs...)

We head home and call it a night. Almost 1b isk destroyed and around 60m lost total. DAYM SON.
