Oberon Incorporated [OI] was founded in May of 2003 at the very beginning of the Eve cluster. Early on, we learned to work together to forge both awe and respect among the elders of the the Eve community. Our success is due most in part to our unwavering passion to lead our members into the most exciting areas of the Eve universe.

We boldy became the first corporation to single-handed assemble and deploy a station in 0.0 space. Over the years, Oberon found itself involved of many of Eve’s most famous power struggles. From the Great Northern War of 2004 to the ASCN/BoB conflict of 2006/07 to the most recent and epic northern defense against the Band of Brothers’ MAX campaign. These conflicts tempered us into a force to be reckoned with.

We are bound by a tremendous team spirit and unwavering loyalty to one another; a rarity in EvE. The commitment to our survival and success has have allowed us to prevail and with each passing year we grow stronger. From our inception, any adversity we have faced – we’ve adapted, overcome and picked new challenges to take on.

We are a proud member of Forged of Fire [BLAST], our primary focus is Player vs Player combat. Our robust industrial wing does very well to support this focus. The bulk of our membership are based in EU timezone while we also welcome members from all time zones.

We do not support piracy of any kind.

What do we expect ?

In the simplest of terms, we are looking for you to make a difference in our corporation. Getting to know your corp members is your first priority during your trial period. Your presence on operations will be expected and closely monitored by our directorship.

We all have lives outside of Eve, but we expect you to be available on a regular basis. If this just a part time, once-in-a-while hobby for you, Oberon will not be a good fit.

There is no minimum level of skill points we expect you to join up with, however, we are looking for people who can demonstrate the ability to make a living to support themselves in 0.0 space while still actively leaving our homelands in search of prey. This requires a particular level of maturity and intelligence with a healthy dose of blood-lust.

We are interested as much in your attitude and actions as we are with your skill tree and progress with combat tactics. If accepted by our recruiters you will have to pass through a trial membership period to demonstrate all these qualities to us.
