AHARM moved 3,000 Iteron Mark V (about 100 million m3) of things out of Nova in a little under 3 weeks.

Desperate times called for desperate measures. However much it hurt for us to uproot everything and try to move on, it arguably saved AHARM from completely falling apart.

I don't know if things have gotten to that point in SSC, but practicality should not be a consideration if you think you're headed down the path of stagnation and boredom. Once you begin to lose your core membership, it will already be too late.

Please consider it.

Last week our helicopter dong C4 site fleet got facerolled by EXIT. Since those fatties were one of the things holding SWIFT Prolapse. into the C4, we had a debate amongst the membership centred around "was the C4 the place we wanted to be?"

We analysed the options, and realised we were more or less in the right place and the right hole for us, right now. Sure, we aren't getting huge fights weekly, but most of our problems centre around exploiting our content properly, not the lack of content on offer.

This is as much a problem with activity levels, content creators, and the content as it is with the wormhole and statics (C2 + C4). Our C4 chains don't often bring us huge amounts of PVP like we hoped when we moved in, but that's fine. We just need to get an efficient site running doctrine for the newbros to attend which requires <6 members, so we're working on that.

As for the C2 side, we need to get more efficient at ragerolling, and more efficient at sperging through the local low or highsec connections available to us, for content.

So, relevance? I think if your corp is suffering activity, content and direction, you should have a mature discussion about it. Making a move, like AHARM did, should only come about because you want to change the content to suit your members wishes, which is easier than changing the members to suit the content.

Good bunch of fellas. They create good content and whelp Nestors horribly to NPCs. Wish our time zones overlapped more so we'd bump into each other at times other than mutual bedtimes or work times, to fleet up or blow up...

Content is a 8itch, and one of the things I have observed over the years is several FC burning out because they adopt the content generator role, and if not managed this can lead to others expecting the PVP to be dished up.

Remember that all cogs in the wheel can make content. Go out there scan / scout / bait... Whatever it is don't pos spin and complain about lack of content. That makes me mad, and would legit make me want to awox back to hisec - and yes it has come close a couple of times :3

This, so much this. Scanning out a chain is one thing, but having actual people in the chain is another. Just because you have one "Ultra Scanner" who scans out a huge chain does not mean you will find content. What you need is people roaming the chain, looking for activations, looking for Dscan changes, hopping into nulls to see what the locals are doing, baiting on that hisec entrance, etc.

Get in the chain!

We aren't stagnating nor are we at all desperate, our KB shows something quite the opposite. If anything, I consider SSC to be growing leaner and more refined with the new changes to w-space and EVE in general.

I lived in a c5>c6 for a fair while, your 'magical fix' is as boring as endless empty c5's. Mexican standoffs through direct connections are boring as sin, and assuming 1 party cant fight, you're stuck with a connection to a hostile entity until more log in, or you log off. No thanks :) . Besides, no offence to you guys, but fighting you isn't necessarily 'fun' half the time ;)

As an aside, C6 chains are the most boring things i've scanned outside of old c4 chains - which is saying alot.

But thanks for the invitation :D

edit: on topic :D - Sad to see Brawls go, had some fun fights with you guys in the past. I know we've had to diversify the type of content we create massively with the disbanding of entities and the disparate nature of wormholes meaning less 'w-space' content. I hope you all find a good home - though perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea to join a newer group, rather than buffing up the numbers even more of more established corps :D (i see this as part of the problem of 'less people in w-space')

Screw these guys... I joined their recruitment chat (just minutes after getting dunked hard by another WH entity) and they treated me like $#!T. They thought I was a spai from the corp that just dismantled them.

Plz, make them never want to log on again.
