I am looking for a PVP small fleet support pilot that has logi 5, can fly a dictor, has good EWAR skills and can fly a falcon. Being able to field an Ishtar with drone skills will be a bonus.

Unfortunately both are over qualified ;-) for what I need. I do not need any leadership skills, just logi 5 , dictor (frigate such as sabre) EWAR (falcon, blalckbird) and maybe Ishtar.

My budget is about 10-12 bil tops.
