i am currently running security missions level 3 whit a fit that i somehow manage to make from stuff that i borrow to other
so here is my fit :

IMO a MWD is essential as quite a few of the targets and/or acceleration gates are pretty far away and BCs are very slow even with an AB

Hardeners should be mission specific as should drones.

Active tanking is usually preferred for missions but that buffer should work for most of them as long as you can keep range and mind the triggers.

Using arty in combination with tracking computers utilizing tracking scripts makes hitting targets much easier that are orbiting close and utilizing range scripts allows you to hit targets that are far much sooner. That being said most of my mission running arty fits end up being armor tanked so that I can load up the tracking computers in the mids.

Conclusion, that fit will work, but it will be very slow in mission completion times.

ok i will see if i can switch to armor tanking
but i can't fit a MWD because my power grid is insufficient

Yeah, that is the problem with Artys, check out Gnosis, it is more expensive but more geared towards being useful with lower skill sets.

your fit is not bad. you can passive tank a cane in lvl 3 missions. a asb might be not a bad idea though.
