Eve Minimizes when I change desktops

I've noticed ever since wine 1.7.32, every time I change desktops, Eve minimizes. It runs great. I just have to click the window on the task manager to get Eve back. If I use alt-F(?) to change to the desktop I'm running Eve on it remains minimized. I'm used to being able to use the alt function keys to navigate around my desktops so this is kind of inconvenient. Anyone else run into this?
