Hey,

I've recently got a 21 day free trial from a friend and I've enjoyed eve so far, I managed to get a few frigates and would like to continue on this account by upgrading it to a standard account. I currently do not have access to a credit card and asking whether it is possible to upgrade my account via Steam using steam wallet and whether i can link my current trial account to my steam account.

Also, through the official CCP website there are more options then just a CC to subscribe.

I have a recurring sub for years, but never owned a credit card, long live PayPal and their ability to just grab money from my bank account when needed. Blink

I just recently bought a second account through the steam sale on core starter packs, those specifically said that the account couldn't be used with a trial account - I do not now if buying it regular with steam will or not.

you can however buy pre-paid credit cards at many retailers and use those to pay for your account, that is how i do it so that i don't have my info out on the interwebs. Just make sure that you buy a card that can do overseas transactions.

also too, if you subscribe with that buddy invite accout, the guy/girl/whatever who gave you the code will receive a Plex.

Doesnt have to be a PLEX as a reward.

Can be gametime, can be a destroyer pack or anything else CCP might have added.


Also, in some cases PLEX actually is not an option.
