Laucher stops downloading Rhea patch

I'm a Windows 8.1 (64 bit) user.

patch stops downloading after a couple minutes.

I disabled all my antivirus software, to no avail.

Help?

Had the issue as well, where it downloaded extremely slow
Running the Repair tool though worked fine
