Oh look, CONCORD has caught up with what we had found. Still, this is better than silence. Now we know that those who pinpointed the location of Caroline's Star were rather accurate, that's something.

And they didn't comment on these new sleeper drones.

Jokes aside, and in all seriousness, I don't get the whole...optimal pathways that support coalescence of viable superluminal conduits for both energy and matter. What are they referring to?

No, I think they're okay, for now. But they must've startled CONCORD, at least. Some drones fly around in space and use unknown technology to scan their ships. I don't know about you, but I don't want anyone other than CONCORD to posess the blueprints to their scrams of whatever they use.

When one does not know the answer, and does not want to appear ignorant? Then baffle them with bullshit.

Concord is as much in the dark as anyone, they want things to be nice and tidy again.

I believe they are going to be stunningly dissapointed.

I tend to think of them as scouts. One does not simply send in attack forces without knowing, in the greatest detail possible, what one is attacking.

I would guess that this is Concod-speak for "wormholes," since they allow the passage of matter and energy, instantaneously, over a stellar distance. Hence the "superluminal" part.

I think CONCORD has been very wary with releasing too much information too soon. Remember when they found those "Ghost Sites" and published their findings via The Scope? They warned us NOT to go looking for them, and what happened?

Although, in this case, since we can't get into Jove space anyway...

So... yeah. As much as I'd like to give CONCORD's science team the benefit of the doubt here, all they've really done is say - in flowery pseudoscientific language - "hey, there's this really weird thing in the sky that seems to be doing faster-than-light... stuff! Sure is weird, huh?!"

I can't believe I'm defending CONCORD, but...

Capsuleers are crowdsourcing their research. CONCORD is a bureaucracy and a very secretive one at that. There will always be huge discrepancies in the material generated by the two parties. The price we pod pilots pay for faster information acquisition is wild speculation.
