I am curious to know what exactly you're training this account to do. Seems like its a hybrid toon and not dedicated to one thing or the other so lot of wasted skill points in my eyes. I would see this character going for maybe 6.5 - 7 billion isk. I would suggest getting a second pair of eyes to review this toon.
