i have turned off my firewall and launched as admin and also repair but same problem only way i can play is to keep un-installing and reinstalling game sucks real bad as i have to reset everything :( any help plz will be muchly appreciated

Have you tried bypassing the launcher? The launcher itself is pretty terrible (and useless for anything other then patching) so its much easier to just start the client from the "exefile.exe" in the "bin" folder in your eve folder.
