Greetings,

New to the loan business and starting small, I present you with my loan offer:

- 100 M. to 1 B. ISK
- 1 month duration
- 5% interest
- full collateral required
- please mail ingame or post here

I'm also taking any business-savvy advice you may have for a start-up loaner.

Thank you for your time !

Aaaand page 2, with little attention gained, except from a few prospective customers with wonderful investment plans but a crippingly loose grasp on the concept of "collateral".

At least one of them actually congratulated me for not letting myself dragged into his (probably) unreciproquably profitable venture.

I guess I'll follow the advice given once by one of this forum's moguls to another start-up loaner such as myself, and invest my humble ball of twine in market orders in hope of seeing it burgeon into something more substantial.

(Still: were the terms of my offer somehow unacceptable ? Or is this just an amplitude issue ?)

Full collateral typically = ~2% interest.

The higher rate is probably justified though, because it isn't going to worth the work of setting up small loans at 2%.
