So I'm going to be going in WH's to gank site runners, miners, anything that seems like a target of opportunity.
I will either be flying solo or with a Falcon friend with me.
The fit is as follows:
HIGHS:
Heavy Neutron Blaster II
Heavy Neutron Blaster II
Heavy Neutron Blaster II
Heavy Neutron Blaster II
'Smokescreen' Covert Ops Cloaking Device
Dark Blood Medium Energy Neutralizer

MIDS:
Shadow Serpentis Warp Scrambler
Dark Blood Medium Capacitor Booster
True Sansha Stasis Webifier

LOWS:
Federation Navy Magnetic Field Stabilizer
Federation Navy Magnetic Field Stabilizer
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates
Imperial Navy Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
Imperial Navy Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
True Sansha Energized Explosive Membrane

RIGS:
Medium Trimark Armor Pump II
Medium Trimark Armor Pump II
Medium Ancillary Current Router II

SUBSYSTEMS:
Proteus Electronics - Friction Extension Processor
Proteus Defensive - Augmented Plating
Proteus Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir
Proteus Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration
Proteus Propulsion - Interdiction Nullifier

Void II M
Caldari Navy Antimatter M
10x Hobgoblin II
10x Acolyte TD-300

All subs at V

453.6 dps with x2 3% damage implants (Sadly cannot go higher as Cybernetics only at lvl 3)
76,037 EHP
73% EM, 82% Therm, 91% Kin, 70% Expl

Took the faction cloak for 4 secs of locking delay compared to 5 (1 second can make a big difference)
Interdiction for WH bubbles
Have a 3% PG Implant fits with 2.5% to spare
Passive tanked it due to Neuts in WHs.
Took the drones due to more versatility with the option for dmg or ecm drones, and it fully compensates if not does more dmg than an extra gun would.

Am open to any and all suggestions including switching any and all mods, subsystems, and rigs. Or switching to an active tank.
So please let me know what I can do to improve (:
Thank you!

If you can a scanning alt, you pvp ship does NOT need to be cloaky.

It is for cloaky WH ganks.

Pretty much Jack's fit, although like you I usually have another toon or two with probes so my Proty doesn't have them fitted (but still carries a launcher/probes and depot for emergencies). Because it's never alone I fit a 5 blaster Proty without drones and with a web instead of cap booster. Cap booster prolly a better idea if your Proty is solo though. Got people like Jack out there with neuts.

I like the drones cause they give me more versatility than a extra turret.
Also i removed the MWD and added a web, because I should be close enough when i start and a web will help lock down the enemy.

By site runners you mean c1 sites? Chances are good someone with an active tank in a c2 might outlast you especially if the aggro isn't favorable. In a c3, I think you'll have trouble with spider tanking domis or 100mn tengus.

If your engagement window is that narrow why not just go stealth bomber and go after explorers/PI folk/miners/ logistics runs (ittys/ blockade runners)/and salvaging noctuses?

A bomber loss will sting less... and theoretically you could dual box two bombers. Use one to scan.

That's what my other three alts are for. But otherwise yeah, go the drones.

Will most likely be flying with a Falcon alt, and i guess pray my neut works (:
Also, thinking of going Proteus Electronics - Dissolution Sequencer
Due to ill already be in range for scram and that it will make it hard for Enemy falcon's to jam me.

Yeah, Stratios ftw. Better DPS, extra mid, selectable damage type. You still get 50-60k EHP.

Zappity's Adventures for a taste of lowsec and nullsec.

Rather stick with a proteus, but thanks for the thought! (:

I generally run a no probe proteus (depot in cargo with probes just in case) and a cloaky neut legion scanner. It's s nice combo. It is excellent against any active tanked runner (it will cap out a standard anom running tengu in about 22 seconds).

I can't take credit for it, as it had been talked about on theses forums before.

Keep in mind what you're really looking at though. If they manage to land even a single round of jams, or even just turn and burn away from you for 4s, you could easily expect to see them out of your range completely. Once they're out of web range, you'll have no choice but to abort. In fact, I wonder if you'll be able to hold onto AB fit ships at all since their overheated speeds could easily be faster than your proteus, even while they're webbed.

I really think that you're better off with a prop mod rather than a web in nearly every scenario.

Yeah, well, it's just like my opinion, man.

Used to alternate between something similar to Jack's fit -active tank +buffer and for awhile a nullified/T2 burst aerator fit that did almost 800dps overheated (mid-grade slaves and 5% gunnery implants). Haven't really been that active in awhile though and would probably use heavy tanked loki these days as tackle and then bring in non-cloaky dps.

Know someone who used to do very well with a variant of the fit Jack posted (slightly more active rep) but its more the pilot that counts than the fit.

Never had a problem with AB fitted ships getting away (never really encountered many site runners who've overheated their ABs trying to get away - quite a few just give up the moment the point lands) - but with emergent/friction sub-systems I can't count the number of times I've been almost perma jammed by a single flight of ec-300s :( :( :( if it wasn't for the massive kin tank of the prot and/or having backup I'd have died a few embarrassing deaths.

So what you're saying is that there is 3 opportunities for the enemy to spot you entering their system and hide. The DPS, Falcon and Scanner.

Your current plan wont work.
You need something to shut down the active tank of the ratter. In C3s they will have ~600dps tank and probably more as people overtank.

Your cloaky proteus will have ~100k ehp if it's not nullified and 500+ dps. The ratter is going to shoot you untill he is jammed by the falcon and the sleepers are going to shoot you since they prefer to target people who scram and ewar in general. With his active tank - he will outlast your passive when you get shot by sleepers or until his friends come and bail him out.

That means - you have to kill him quickly and you have to beat his tank. In order to beat his tank you have to bring a cloaky neut legion with you. It can also go up to 100k ehp. Replace the falcon. If he has no tank - he dies very quickly because of no buffer and no reps.

Almost killed a solo proteus today when one landed on my corp-mate in a static and just as I was about to land in a stratios he bailed, couldn't break the T3 ratter.

Hope this halps.
