Issues with both the Launcher and the Bug Report system

I've started having issues today with the Launcher having the "Play" button greyed out.

I've tried a myriad of things to fix this, including using the repair tool in various ways and doing a complete reinstall, to no avail. After giving up on trying to fix it myself, I started writing a bug report, only to be greeted with "An unexpected error occurred while submitting your bug report. Please try again later"

I'm a little peeved that I'm neither able to launch the game, NOR able to send in a bug report about it to get assistance with why it's happening, so I thought I'd come here for help instead.

Oh and by the way, I have to log in through Steam, and so I can't do the workaround of simply opening the exefile.exe to open the game without the launcher, because I don't have any actual login details
