Rhea and ratting nef !

I don't know if anyone noticed but after the patch yesterday the belt spawns in nullsec changed even in systems with sec status the rats are now battlecruises and cruisers in higher sec -0.5 and lower most spawns are cruisers and frigates . Why was that change not announced and did they really think that nobody will notice ?
For me this is important since its another effort to nerf ratting and lower players income and they feel introducing changes without even bothering to announce them and hope that they will slip by withouth most players paying atention !

Hey the kid might spell bad but i noticed that aswell belts spawns changed !
Maybe thats a goodbye gift from GREYSCALE !
