EVE Launcher Missing Download Throttling Option First post

I've looked in the settings today before downloading the Rhea patch and there doesn't seem to be an option to throttle anymore. Can anyone shed any light on this problem as it's a problem downloading patches... Thanks!

I have seen much faster download times from that.. Joffy Aulx-Gao for CSM. Fix links and OGB. Ban stabs from plexes. Fulfill karmic justice.
