Whats required to reverse engineer to produce confessor bpcs i cant seem to find that info anywhere?

Confessor is invented from a Small Hull Section relic. Intact has best odds of success, Malfunctioning lower chance and Wrecked smallest chance of successful invention. Currently VERY expensive on Jita market.
