Black background and interface visable. after the new Rhea patch

Hello,

Since I updated the 1.5gb patch i logged in and i landed in the character screen looks good,
I was docked and the interface loaded up, while the background while i am dock is totally black.
Everything is works in the userface but only the graphics don't load.
The Interface from the ship fitting doesnt work. i can warp to gates and go blind...

What have i done :

- Updated all drivers where updated yesterday and eve was working.
- Patched eve to Rhea version, game problems.
- Repaird eve by the repair tool
- Deleted all cache files.
- Uninstalled eve
- installed eve. patched again. Same problem.
- Tryed use different graphic settings, unchecked all boxes different resolutions.


Computer specs :
AMD FX8350 4.0ghz
M5a99fx pro r2.0
R9 280x 3gb graphics card
4GB corsairs
Windows 8 64-bit

Dunno what to do. Thanks for reading and hope someone can help.

I got black screen to, after choosing character. After relog 3 - 4 times with different char on same account, it's normal again What? So I have no idea what was the problem...
