[Repair,exe / Launcher] Resuming interrupted transfers

Hello,

as with Rhea there are about 1.5 GB to be downloaded. For many players is this a minor problem. But if the reliability of the internet connection is seriuosly problem (like with me), then the size is a tremendous challenge to cover, as the whole process starts from the very beginning if there happened to be a problem.

Therefore, I suggest that the repair utility or launcher to be enabled to resume a previously interrupted transfer.

Alternativly I suggest publishing a link to download the patch manually, which was common way before the time of the launcher.

i agree repair tool not resume downloadin if your connection freezes but you manage to keep it alive, repair.exe need to be restarted anyway

Isn't there a community-released torrent up like an hour after patch has been pushed to server pretty much on every big patch day?
