Welcome to the official Northern Catch rental center.

Running a coalition can get very expensive. Our ship replacement program alone costs the coalition tens of billions of isk each month. It has become clear that in order to improve available services, as well as broadening the reach of our new member help services, we must find new sources of coalition level income. After months of discussion, we came to a solution.

We are proud to announce our new rental services.

There are many unoccupied systems within the northern Catch region. In order to put this untapped space into use, we are offering rental services on par with anything our competitors might offer. Our prices are far better than anything available out there, and our welcoming community is unmatched.

What we offer:

  • Guaranteed Sov for renters to utilize
  • A variety of systems including systems with Ice, high True Sec, and Stations
  • Low-Cost opportunities for blooming corporations or individuals (these may not include stations)
  • A robust Jump Bridge network, making shipments easy and fast
  • Tax free refineries to make industry as smooth as it can be
  • A wide variety of moons available for your use
  • Intel and defense fleet support
  • A welcoming and friendly community of likeminded pilots.


Rental Fees:

  • Truesec: +400,000,000 per 0.1 Point of Truesec
  • Station: +750,000,000 per Station
  • Ice: +400,000,000
  • Belts: A flat 300,000,000 fee for a system with more than 12 belts
  • Dead End: A flat 150,000,000 fee for a dead end system



Rules:

  • All non-R16-64 moons are available for private use.
  • You are free to rat in systems other than those designated for you as long as they are not rented out to other patrons. Some other alliances within the coalition may have other rules. Please ask on a case by case basis.
  • There is an exception to this rules for escalations.
  • In case of Spies and Awoxers, diplomats will handle the incidents on case by case basis.
  • While we promise protection from roaming gangs, there will be a formup and response time. We can not promise instant help.
  • Rent is owed on the first day of each month.



Steps to Apply:

  • Contact me (Penguinizer Illat) by Evemail. I will attempt to answer at the first possible occasion. As this is a new program, we only have limited representatives until further notice.
  • Once we have come to a mutually beneficial agreement, we will agree on the price as outlined above.
  • Once a payment consisting of the first and last month of rent as well as a minor deposit for administrative purposes has been received, you may submit your application to the rental alliance Test Friends Please Ignore.
  • After your application has been processed (By which I mean the leadership logs into push the button) you can move to your new home at your earliest convenience.



If you ever find a better deal anywhere, we will not hesitate to match their prices. We do everything in our power to make the transition as smooth as possible.

We have multiple systems available spread throughout Catch. Here are some examples of what we can offer:

  • For an affordable option, we have GMLH-K. Now, it's a rather meager system but the presence of Ice and the moons make it a good home for a budding industrialist. For early adopters, the price is a flat 400,000 a month.
  • YHN-3K is a middling system. While the truesec isn't ideal, the system has a station with a factory as well as plenty of moons and belts. The system is currently used by our alliance, but we are always willing to clear out to make space for our clients. The monthly price for YHN-3k comes out to a clean 1 400 000 000 isk a month.
  • If you wish for something truly outstanding, I can't recommend a system better than AOK-WQ. It is a pricy system, I admit, but you get plenty of bang for your buck. As with YHN, we are currently using said system but will happily make room for you. As the system has a good truesec level, station and plenty of belts, it is pricier than the rest of what we are offering at 3 850 000 000 isk per month.


If none of these are to your liking, I'm sure we could find a system more fitting to your individual needs.

What's your Policy on the possible production of super-caps (super carriers in our case) ?

While we would prefer that you produce super-carriers for coalition use, supercap production is allowed. We will do our best to assist with defense, as well as providing small gangs and recon for possible shipments. With the caveat that you will have to use your own freighters, our logistics team is busy enough as is. There are also several local mining corporations that could assist you with minerals and other materials.

Get your alliance CEO to vouch this and maybe people will believe it. But so far it looks like a scam because you are trying to rent space your alliance does not hold and that is contested at same time. Plus you are making a promise that no one that is renting space has ever made since renting was first established..

The systems in question are currently in Test Alliance control. Most others, barring ones given as gifts, are currently held by Brave for logistics and security purposes. We have discussed this with their leadership and have come to an agreement where they are willing to transfer non-strategic systems for these purposes.

As for defense from roaming gangs. Brave alliance, as well as Test, has an abundance of people wishing to become FCs. We see defense from roaming gangs as an ideal training opportunity. A way for them to hone their skills in both small to mid gang pvp.

Frankly, your accusations are insulting.

He's busy and at work right now. Not to mention the busywork that comes with just having been declared CEO, as well as the projects that they are working on. There is also some inter-alliance arguing over doctrines and strategy that has kept leadership busy.

Edit: I got in touch with the CEO on jabber, who proceeded to laugh in my face. He essentially stated that he "Doesn't have the time to go say hi every time someone asks him to." If anyone has doubts, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do everything in my power to make sure to work out any issues you might have.

Edit 2: Looking further. The fact that you are not only in a NC renter corp, but the fact that your corp used to be a member of Test Alliance casts further doubt on the legitimacy of your claims. While I can see that you were not a member at the time, it just seems to make it clearer that these accusations are more based in bias than fact.

You're not really helping your cause.. and yes my alt corp is in NA. doesn't mean I'm paying rent. There are all sorts of corps in NA. not just renters:) Also its not my legitimacy thats in doubt here but yours. When TEST did a rental program last time A) had we post our Alliance CEO about it to give it "legitimacy" Monty at the time mid you we also offered Chribba secured for the first month.

Also there are quite a few "wired" things shall we call it in your service offering such a the "Steps to Apply:" or rather "Steps to get scammed".

So you're asking for people to pay 2 month of rent? Plus a deposit for "administrative purposes". That literally makes zero sense. Plus your "Steps to Apply:" are missing one essential thing application to your rental alliance... So yeah next time put more effort into your scam.

I'm simply stating my opinions. Frankly, I don't know what else I could have said. I've only played for a year and a bit, been in Test for a few months. This is the first actual spacejob I've had in Eve, so of course there'll be a few bumps. Hanlon's Razor applies. We have a rental alliance sorted out, Test Friends Please Ignore is an alliance owned by a leadership member. I genuinely forgot to add this to the opening post.

As I said, at the request of the client we are willing to work out alternative solutions. We are newcomers into the renting industry, and apparently still have a long way to go. But, like I said, we will do everything in our power for our clients. If the pricing is not to your liking, we are fully willing to talk money and come to a deal that is right for you.
