Can post on forums only using ingame brouser, normal ?

When on forum pages (after logging into EVE Gate), out of game, they show me as not being logged in. I goto "log on" and I get taken to a page that says I am already logged in. Frustrating, as I am not always at a pc that has EVE installed (to use ingame brouser).
