Any idea how i keep more minerals from the ore i refine?
Best i can do right now is 60% Ugh and that's maxing out the refining
skills for that certain Ore...Soo?

Other than skills, the only ways to improve refining as I recall are: installing implants, using a POS array, or refining in a nullsec station.

After the recent changes, you cannot get 100% or even close to it. Your 60% isn't terrible.

You can improve your standings with the NPC corp owning the station you refine at. Bringing it to 6.66 removes the NPC tax for refining (with a standing of 0 it was 10% afaik, not sure). Other than that, you can only increase the yield by
- using a refining implant (1, 2 and 4% implants are available, called Zainou 'Beancounter' Reprocessing RX-80x)
- using a refining array at a POS or a null sec station.

Removing the NPC tax alone increases your yield (assuming ore reprocessing skill of 5) to about 69%, with the best implant you can get 72.35% out of a non null sec station.

In High Sec - at a 'temporary' POS (unless it's doing something else)...

- 75.25%

With max skills and the 4% implant
