Important non-skill related things:
Non-gibberish name
No kill rights
Positive wallet
Higher than -2.0 Sec Status

Skill Necessities:
Can use Paladin
Can use T2 Large Pulse lasers
Can use T2 Hobgoblins
Advanced Target Management 4
Good skills in Armor tank
Good skills in Engineering
Good skills in Gunnery


Skills that would help me be interested:
Decent skills in Shield
Decent skills in Drones
Decent skills in Minmatar ships/guns
Propulsion Jamming 5
All Destroyers/Battlecruisers 5
Noctis(Ore Industrial) lvl 4 with T2 tractors and T2 salvagers.

Any non-PVE/PVP skills, like mining and construction, won't be of no use to me and will possibly be a deal breaker.

How much ISK are you looking for? It is lacking quite a bit in SP whick makes me very hesitant but a nice focused character for the SP it does have.
