I thought the same thing for a moment, but now I believe this most recent transmission is from a separate killer. Note the difference in build. This masked individual is much smaller. Also, they gave themselves away as an Amarrian, something the OP seemed very careful to avoid.

This is worrisome because of how carefully this individual copied the first killer's modus operandi. The choice of victim, style of execution, and the use of old Amarrian mottos carries over neatly from the original video, though they didn't bother with the same degree of rationalization.

It seems what we have here is a case of "I can be a sociopath, too!" Maker help us all.

Transmission begins and reveals an Achuran girl, no more than 20 years old, kneeling down on the floor. She is knelt down on the floor, bound and gagged. Still, she maintains defiant expression. There appears to be a tall, lightly-built figure standing behind her. The figure is wearing a hooded robe and a Molok mask. It is pointing a handgun at the base of the girl's neck.

"Just like the one that came before her, this woman was made to be a tool of destruction. An abomination unto god, she simply can't be allowed to exist. Therefore I must too become a tool of destruction."

The masked figure stands silent for a moment, before continuing:

"Perhaps one day you will see that what I am doing is needed and I will be absolved. Untill then, I shall wear this face of shame."

The girl squirms. The figure pulls the trigger.

I sense in Mr. "Molok" a cry for help. At some point in his life, he hurt Minmatar. And he became wracked with guilt, confused, and tortured. And in his confusion, he sought to quell his pain by murdering the Chosen people of God.

Mr. "Molok" has everything backwards. Do you have pain, sin, and guilt? Then cleanse yourself in the blood, the blood of the Minmatar. Kill them in mass and in their blood wash away pain. That's what I did, and I feel no guilt, no regret; I delight in the destruction of the Minmatar and am drawn closer and closer to God every day.

Here's an experiment for you Mr "Molok". Instead of killing another Chosen, go buy yourself some slaves. Stuff them into cargo containers. Eject the containers into space. Incinerate them. Exult in the destruction of the Wicked, and feel yourself drawn to God. Do it.

This gallentean moster takes too much already.
I guess it is my turn to show you what awaits him and other gallentean monsters like him, whom I collected from several destroyed federal vessels.

*Video feed begins, showing vast Caldari deck of a Chimera-class carrier for those, who can recognize it. Armed men in Caldari uniform bring in a column of 53 cuffed peoples in Federal uniform and put them in one line. Escort steps away, leaving the line to stand by its own. Diana walks in officer uniform past the file of soldiers, her left hand is in black glove, she stands together with the file and faces federal captives.*

"Each of you have been given a fair judgement. You all have been found to be guilty in crimes against the State and Caldari people."

*Diana looks at the federal captuves, stops speaking, turns quickly towards Caldari line and commands*

"Directive 14.
Execute."

*Each second of Caldari file steps forward, approaching Federal captives, they grab everyone, who looks like Intaki or Jin-Mei, push them with rifles and move them away from the deck quickly. Now Federal line consist only of peoples, who look like gallente. Diana waits, when captives are taken away, she turns back to gallenteans*

"You all have been found to be guilty in crimes against the State and Caldari people. Your sentence for these crimes will be. Death. It will be executed here and now."

*Federal captives start whispering and looking around, Diana raises her handgun with right hand: "Raise your arms!" - and troopers take their assault rifles, pointing them to captives. "Aim!" Soldiers put their rifles to their shoulders and lean faces to barrels. "Fire!" - and bursts of fires erupt from guns. Federal captives start falling down on the floor. Diana points her arm and shoots into chest of one captive, that wasn't falling down on the floor too fast. One of Caldari soldiers looks pale and starts shaking. Several captives are visually alive and twitch. Another soldier raises the rifle again, but Diana quickly approaches him, grabs the barrel and slaps his cheek*

"Did you forget what I told you? One bullet only.
Clear the deck.
Stop the recording."

I am not a monster, Ms. Vess, I don't wear mask, I bring justice and punish only those, who must be punished. Only those, who did something to be punished, whose guilt was proven or if they have admitted in it before the tribunal.
If you wish, I could make a copy of processes of each one of those, who was executed with charges, proofs and what have they said or didn't say in their defense.

I really don't care that you did it (I do but that's not why I'm drawing attention to this). Did those 53 kill anyone on these recordings? do they have ANYTHING to do with this what so ever? No right? then why make their last moments of life a public spectacle? Why the **** are you making it so? Personally I really believe its beneath you. I did have respect for you (believe it or not) but you wish to reduce yourself to a monster like the other three here. To be perfectly honest I'll probably be coming for you... I really see this as something too horrible for words. You say you aren't a monster, yet you stoop as low to meet a monsters level. I really don't know what else to say, Rather than taking a moral high ground as you have tried to do in the past....
