Fighting a Corp Gang

When fighting a gang of corp members what is the game mechanics on warping?

If i seperate one of their members 30km out from the rest, can the group warp to their member since they are in a corp together??
I'm unclear on how the mechanics work. I don't want to engage only to find out the other 4 members can warp at any distance to their member.

Thanks for any help.

You must be at least 150 km away from anything before you can warp to something. Being in a corp has no impact on this. Other things can prevent warping, though, like FW plexes.

You realize that at 30km his pals can probably shoot you.

As for warping I warped to Google. http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=577435

It is possible to find a target behind him, and warp to that target 'at 100' .
For instance, if a corp is out in front of their home station, the might have quick-warp spots out front.
Or a can
Wrecks
etc.

Corp has no effect on warp mechanics, only being in a fleet matters.

If it's not dedspace, you can warp to your fleet members and various static objects (wrecks, beacons, asteroids, LCOs, celestials, bookmarks, cloakies) at an arbitrary distance from 0 to 100km if you are more than 150 km from them.
Note that you don't see their bookmarks, and thus trying to burn up or down from a gate usually gets you in trouble because that's where most people book their gates.

If it's dedspace (most but not all DED complexes, missions, FW beacons), warping inside is prohibited (unless you are warping out), and warping to any object within dedspace at a seleted distance counts as warping to the first dedspace acceleration gate at the distance in question (so warping at 50 to a fleet member inside a FW complex will take you to the gate at 50. Mind you, warping to a fleet member OUTSIDE a FW complex but on grid with the gate still takes you to the gate, so you'll have to actually chase that slicer 400km off gate, there's no sending an inty after him and waiting).
