Support Ticket being ignored

Anyone know who long CCP usually take to acknowledge receipt of a support ticket?
Had one in now for 3 days and not even received anything to say they have noted it let alone done anything about it.

Ugh... search function on the forums... use it.

1) no we don't.

2) it take days, a week, a month. I had a stuck petition answered in an hour, a reimbursement took 2 weeks, account issue took a day, another account issue took 30 min, another petition for reimbursement took a month.

There is nothing you can do but wait. So just wait.

(i'm starting to remember why I stopped looking at forms 6 years ago.. I should of stayed away)

You see, the joke is that the Goons own CCP. Now whats funny about the situation, is that its a Goon complaining about CCP's response times to a support ticket. The joke goes even deeper when you think that if the Goons really did own CCP, that this matter would be handled internally instead of being posted in General Discussion. If we go even deeper into the joke, you can see that CCP has defied their masters by supposedly ignoring a Goon support ticket.

You know, this joke really loses a lot if it gets explained thoroughly.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Anyway, OP, when you are waiting in line anywhere in RL, you are not being ignored ... you are just waiting for a service. The same applies to EVE - there is a queue of support tickets prioritized by time of submission and severity. Your ticket just waits in the queue until it can be looked at.

From my personal experience the most I've waited for non game/account breaking support ticket to be answered by CCP is about a week. I haven't really had any issues with core gameplay, being stuck or errors in my account, so I can't say anyting about waiting times for those.

Obviously the OP didn't meet the percentage of CTA's and hasn't responded often enough to jabber pings so mittani has had customer service push his support ticket to the bottom of the queue.
