Uh, had that yesterday too. Accepted code but nothing to redeem.
Please keep us informed, I don't want to clog up the ticket system if there's an easy fix to this.

Why do i just feel shafted for having bought this (via the eve store) when it came out?

Sales, of course, but these kind of extra's just smell so damn bad when you've spent twice as much on it back when it was supposed to be a limited production run. At least the digital extra's like those 90 days could be retroactive.

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

simple solution to mine, scroll down to the bottom when redeeming the code and press add to account Oops

Yeah, +1 on this. You try to support the company you're a fan of, but in the end it always ends up biting you in the butt somehow, and the people who don't actually care all that much end up better off instead.

Assuming you have the preorder bonuses of CA-3 and 4, plus the Sleeve Tattoo, those items are worth > 5bil now.

Besides, it still is a limited production run, it's just that the original batch have not depleted yet.
Your moaning is the same as buying some retail product on release day, only to rage when they slash prices at Christmas.
Sales occur when stock levels need to be exhausted, and this is exactly why they're giving out game time.

Sorry about the mix up regarding this. Amazon ran their own Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion for the CE. Amazon’s sell price was $50 and their sale started on November 27th to December 1st. CCP ran a separate Holiday promotion for the CE and ours included 90 days of game time. CCP’s promotion runs through January 11th, or while supplies last.

We want to make sure everyone who recently purchased from Amazon and did not get the Black Friday / Cyber Monday deal receives the 90 days of time from CCP as a good will gesture. Therefore, if players provide a purchase receipt from Amazon that shows they did not receive the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotional price and paid standard price, we will extend our 90 days promotion of time to them as an added bonus gift.

I purchased through Musterbrand as well. The information provided by Falcon above is also applying to the Musterbrand sale as well. Just include your Musterbrand receipt/confirmation number in your ticket to CCP.

Honestly yall should just make it a redeemable for our collectors edition special code :) that would smooth this right out for people who bought it when it first came out that feel shafted, and for the boxes bought by other retailers. Every applied code gets 90 days!

People who bought it when it first came out bought it to be "first." And you were. So now they are clearing a closeout and you want the promotional incentive? I think not.

So many times, CCP runs a promotion and immediately after we get the "but I did not see it give it to me!" crowd.

Well i payed for the collectors edition thing on Saturday. I received the in game 90 days immediately. I just received the physical items today. I live in Switzerland, land of the worst postal system in the world, So bravo! Also i love it.

Now should i insert those implants or sell?
