I'm not sure if I've had a Marmite loss this year. Might need to fly a rookie ship into Jita sometime in this present war to make sure I can enter this.

You could try something like:

People could exploit entering with multiple emails of course but it could be one idea.

You could also pick a random year/random day then a random letter etc. Then look through KM list and pick a winner.
The downside to this approach could be that the winner is inactive but you could rinse/repeat if they don't respond within say 3 days. Added bonus to these that multiple repeated victims get more entries :)
