Have any of the Circadian Sleepers been seen at a station or stargate? How did the guns and patrol ships react?

Tried warp scrambling, heavy neuting, jamming Circadian Sleepers. Doesn't seem to bother, slow down or stop them. They just keep doing their thing. Scanning the structure, warp to customs office, scan there, repeatedly.

Out of several times I tried to follow the Sleeper it didn't land at the office though, couldn't find at planet or moons, and there were no other objects to warp to in that direction. So there may be a bug, or it warps off somewhere else immediately, cause it returns to the Structure site from another direction.

If they are so interested in Customs Offices I thought it was worth a try to anchor an Office Gantry in the Unidentified Structure site. But they don't let to do it if you're in NPC corp like myself. If someone was so nice to try that...

If its possible to anchor one without a planet. You cant place a Siphon without a Control Tower around.

NPC's are immune to things like scrams, as they don't actually warp/use MWD's and the like in the same manner as players do. Same for neuts, they have tiny cap but infinite regen to stop NOS abuse.

Ok, so now we know two locations of these structures: Aeter system in Solitude and Hasama system in Citadel.... Any more of these? Maybe something interesting about the systems themselves? Or their stars? (Seyllin Incident!)

Hasama is an F0 white star. Aeter is a K3 yellow star.

Update:

Circadian Seekers now leave a wreck when popped. Sleeper Medium Advanced Wreck. Usual sleeper salvage.

Been following 3x sleepers in the same system, they've been warping together to planets, to customs offices and to moons.

Thank you for the info. So they're armed. Guess they will fight back after all.

I'm not seeing any kind of pattern here. Various star types, multiple finds in both regions and constellations. No preference for security level.

Could be a connect the dots thing? If so, I would include the previous systems that went boom in that. Perhaps there is a symbol, or pattern that way. Just theorycrafting here.

Darn.... Better hope it's not for an invasion, because if it is, then the Sleepers just caught us with our pants down..... Imagine finding hidden POS/Stations/Outposts in 10% of your sov space....

On the other side, being able to build so many of these large structures does indicate some extremely advanced sensor jamming equipment, or the structures are just very old and Caroline's Star/Bright Star disrupted their cloaks/sensor-jamming equipment.

So, what are they for?

As you can see, that **** is everywhere, especially Site One. I said it before I'll say it again;

I have no idea what's going on, but it's pretty damn cool.

Just a thought though - why would the sleepers be scanning these LCOs if they already knew what they were/what they did? Could it be that these objects are a threat to them or something? Or something they are trying to use/find out more about?

Dunno. Too excited to think.

I don't think it's a missile launcher but merely the turret with which the scanning effect is projected, much like a salvager or tractor beam.

I'm also very interested in what the SoE and The Sanctuary have to do with all of this. There is way more to them than what meets the eye.

Agreed on this specifically. A few years ago When I read the "Burning Life", I was constantly thinking to myself: The Sisters of EVE oppose capsuleers on an almost fanatical level. They do a great job of hiding behind their humanitarian efforts, but I've long suspected that we will be seeing more aggressive moves from them. I wouldn't be surprised that a high SOE standing in game will be a gateway for interacting with Sleeper factions in the future. Just pure speculation from the canon I've read. (or rather my interpretations.)

Completed south polar sweep, concluding first survey of the eighth planet. All told this is a fine example of a temperate body and should make a good colonization target. The Sanctuary planners were hoping for a stable terrestrial, with surface conditions a secondary consideration. A barren or even an ice planet would have been viable. The working plan calls for an underground colony regardless. I've made sure to prioritize initial processing and flagging of the geological data while surveying this planet.

Guess stations in Thera are not the only permanent settlement they are planning.
