60 day pass for a new account - Eve Collector's Edition

I have just opened up my new Eve Collector's Edition which arrived today.

I can't seem to find where the code is for the 60 day credit for a new account. Am I missing something?

Code should be inside booklet.
For some reason I also didn't have that booklet (CE package was intact) so it was probably bad assembly. But I don't really care about that code.

Try submitting support ticket, maybe it will help.

Is it possible to add that to my main account? I have read several threads stating it has been at various points. (Despite what the packaging says.)

It is for a new account only. If you bought from the account page, you got 90 days free.
