We are sorry to hear that. While uncommon, this is not unheard of, as wormhole space is extremely unpredictable. I will evemail you for more details.

EDIT: After speaking with the buyer, he revealed that he had in fact moved into his WH successfully after some initial difficulties, and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of the seller or broker.
