WTB Ishtar Pilot w/good drone skills

Don't need a character with 100 bazillion SP that can hang the moon in the sky.

Just need a Ishtar pilot with HAC 5, T2 Heavy Drones and decent support skills. If it comes with a few other capabilities, I'll consider all offers.

Budget is 10 bil give or take.

hac 4 t2 heavy decent suport i use him for rating make like 10bill per month if you have the time , make per tick/blink 20-22mill more if you pimp the ship .id like to get 10 bill but im wiling to negociate
