Is it herassessmeant if someone says they are going to to camp you in station until you undock so they can gank you. Also is is it ganking if you are red to that persons alliance? Also what makes people so mad that they would camp you forever

I think we can break down the term to easily define it.

Her assess meant

Her is denoting a female presence, assess means to evaluate or judge, and meant is the past form of mean which is to convey, indicate or refer to.

So no, I don't think station camping has anything to do with a woman who tried to convey judgement.

Only if they continue doing it over and over again over the course of weeks despite your best efforts to avoid it (either by moving to the other side of the map, changing tactics, etc).

Being set "Red" simply means that you are "disliked" or a "target" to some people.

"Ganking" is a loose term. It more or less means that a person is quickly blown up without any real "battle" taking place.

And "ganking" by itself is not considered "harassment." That is just normal gameplay.

Generally that is what being targeting boils down to. Someone did not like what you said or did.

Or it could be "just because." Though, getting camped in for a week usually means that you did something to **** people off. Or that you made yourself a VERY juicy target.

I see it as a valid and just tactics.

A period ( . ) indicates a statement, whereas a question mark ( ? ) indicates a interrogative sentence. What I did there, was actually an example of a rhetorical question, which is a figure of speech in the form of a question that is asked in order to make a point, rather than to elicit an answer. Though classically stated as a proper question, such a rhetorical device may be posed declaratively by implying a question, and therefore may not always require a question mark when written.

CCP is not serious about Harassment unless it potentially threatens their public image as a whole.

its only harassment if after you got ganked and woke in a clone that single guys keeps following you. station camping is not really harassment. But as isd said file a petition, no one on the forums can answer that question except CCP.
