Brackets Customization

I've seen a few guides on it, and a few videos that clearly show customized brackets, but when i try to change mine (via exporting overview settings and using notepad++ to edit, then importing the new file) it's not working.

After importing the new file I get the HTML code into the brackets, not altering how pilot name and other stuff is show.

Note that any docs you read may be outdated since CCP changed to the YAML format recently.

You really should be posting these sort of questions in the EVE Technology Lab.
