Polarized Weapons - Hull Resists

The dev blog says all resists will be zero. I assumed this would mean hull as well but my neocom app has been updated with polarized weapons and when fitted a DCU2 still makes hull resists 60. I'm guessing this is an error in the app? Can anyone confirm/deny?

Looked up...saw this F***ING clown dropping like a rock.  Woke up in Vylade wondering what just happened!!!

It must be an error in the app. If hull resists remained intact, Gallente hull tanking ships would be incredibly broken with Polarized weapons.

A Hull Tank Brutix Navy Issue with polarized weapons would have 1370 dps with 100k EHP buffer tank with double webs and a neut if hull resists remain intact.
