I have removed some rule breaking posts and those quoting them. As always I let some edge cases stay.
Please people, keep it on topic and above all civil!

You dont even have to train up to rattlesnake or ishtar.... just Gila... and you will be fine.
You have two drones and each has 500% more dps and more tank and thats it.
Take down the frigs and faster cruisers in missions first, they can hurt drones, battleships or even battlecruisers can't track them properly.
All in all drone agroo from rats in missions is fine, i see no problem there, i've lived in wh for years and had no problem with sleeper drone agro, which happens by orders of magnitude more often on site, and i lost about 2 or 3 t2 hh's a week.
For sentries its even easier coz they have more tank.

Also exploration is fine, maybe your luck isn't and that can be rectified with persistance.
Get an astero and fly from one end of the cluster to the other through low sec...take a few days for it, and do all the data and relic sites you come by...
its fun, you'll earn some isk..hey you'll have an adventure and it will be great and fun...

Edit: if after all that it still isnt fun, just contract your stuff you are not having fun with to me and ill recomend you some other game in return ^^

I'm not a new player to this game. I had a 20m sp char a while back and I was in BoB. I left a few years ago and now I'm back. I trained up drones for 2 months and now I realize the drone aggro mechanic makes drone missioning l4s no fun at all.

I wish CCP would let people reroll their skills in the first 3 months - I am so annoyed because I just don't have the time for these 3 hour missions and I don't have the time to log in to a corp every day and go on 4 hour ops.

Mining is boring, PVP requires ISK, flipping in Jita is boring and pointless, and exploration is a waste. I explored for three weeks in lowsec and found nothing but data sites with 3m max in them.

Unless somebody has any better ideas, I've concluded that this game isn't fun to play anymore.


And EVE's built-in filter against the weak strikes again.
