Mining Fleet Looking for Stable Home

I am a returning player looking at the future in New Eden for my Mining Fleet. When I left New Eden due to real life issues I had plans to bring Pathfinder Industrial up and going full tilt though sadly with the loss of time it fell apart.
Now its time to pick my self up and get back to doing what I do best...and thats Mining. I am equipped wtih 3 barges,an Orca,a Freighter and an upcoming barge pilot. Now with that sad 2 of the pilots are combat trained to some degree and one has started down a path of exploration to only turn back to Mining.
So with that said what I am looking for is rather simple...

1) Stable Corp
2)High Sec and Null Sec possibilities
3)US Time Zone preferred
4)Active Corp

As I said before I bring my own fleet to the table with options of boosts and freighting. My freighter pilot will be in a JF within the next 35 days. My Orca Pilot is working hard to perfect boosts and getting into her Rorqual (due to the plans to move to Null Space)
Kynsie Shan is my main and the industrialist though the others will be at some level industrialists as well.
I ask that the Corp I join has like minded people.

How about a nice Null Sec System with all the Rocks and ICE you can chew 1 jump from a station. I am a senior Builder/Inventor and if you want to make some isk we have a killer way of doing it as we mine and invent all our own ships. We have an office in Null and High. We can get your Fleet up here for you on my bill and have our personal and Alliance coms. YOu can get your careber on and PVP. Hell.. we just killed a titan last weekend. I need miners and I think this would be a great home. ORCA boost available DAILY.. and Rorqual from the Alliance.

7.5+/- Mil in Industry (must fly a mining barge and be self sufficent to mine) Ship building a plus

or

5+ Million in PVP (minium Ship type is Travel Fit Ceptor and Bomber for Alliance ops.)

Not a Combination of the two (Reviewed on a case by case basis)
