Can this fit be improved in any way ? First time logistics pilot and this is what I came up with, based on advice given.

Fits good, personally I lose the cap recharger for a 2nd invuln, making up lost recharge with a 2nd CPR in the lows instead of DC2.Because structure EHP you gain only equals what you lose in shields (19K EHP in shield vs 23K), might as well get better shield resists instead.

But that's a personal preference kinda thing, your fit works too. Yours has the advantage of better cap stability while hanging out under neut pressure, a full minute longer of MWDing while repping, etc.

If you're ever using a 3rep fit for roaming, you can be a total proteamplayer by fitting an Expanded Probe Launcher in that last high; you've got hella spare CPU. You can also be a total nongentileperson by fitting a Salvager II and proceed to GNF and salvage/loot everything: the scimi doesnt have that huge cargo room for nothing (repping a hostile to get in loot range before he dies is considered standard practice amongst nongentiles. Using a KXA1000 is also standard practice, it's cheap as chips and does end up making a difference. So does mindflood boosters but not on the active tanked one.

If you want some out-of-the-box-yet-cool-smart-and-useful fits, look up Roemy Schneider on eve-kill. Best scimi pilot ever.
