I have 12B to spend on a well trained PVP character. A list of preferences is below.

  • Frigate / Cruiser [5]
  • Small / Medium Turret [5]
  • Gunnery Support [5]
  • Good Core - Armor / Engineering / Navigation
  • Cybernetics [5]

I have the ISK sitting here ready to be spent on the right character.

i think i could do 12b if i dont have a reply before you seem to tend to log in (12 hours from now)

40m sp and focused on the smaller ships.
