EVE Gate: Question for Lore Buffs...

Been scouring through all the lore books recently due to upcoming changes, and the new object visible in the cluster. Came across some early fascinating stuff from early articles, and I wanted to get your opinions.

What if the inscription on the EVE Gate, wasn't E, V, E?
What if they were reading this upside down?

That would make it Xi Lambda Xi, written: ΞΛΞ

What would that offer for clues, as higher math functions are often recorded using greek symbols?

One might suggest, that if you look hard enough you can find patterns and shapes in anything as humans are really good at that. So, why bother with this? Well, I don't know. Just an interesting nugget I pondered, and I couldn't find anything else on the Forums regarding the subject. Maybe I didn't look hard enough?

Anyway...what do you think?

What if EVE stood for "Everyone Vacate Earth", and the gate collapsed because of a catastrophic explosion of the Sol system's star.. leaving only... shattered planets?

..and now.. its happening again!

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I was actually hoping for some kind of M. Night Shamalamadingdong plot twist where we get to Thera and eventually figure out it was a mistranscription of Terra, and Earth was destroyed long ago.

If it was a M.Night Shamallamalan twist, then it would be something along the lines of 'All the planets are actually giant space chicken eqqs, and the shattered planets are the ones that hatched..'
