How can I GIVE AWAY my characters?

I dont play EVE much any more so have decided to quit all together.I have found someone in EVE whom I would like to give my 2 mains to. I have already contracted all assets to him. Is there a quick process (that is allowed) for just handing over characters. I cant see the point of selling them when I wont need the isk.

just make a private sale thread to cover your back and your buddy you dont have to say the ammount. Just say private sale between such and such with terms agreed in-game. :)

would suck to have to pay 20 bucks each character. would be nice if you could just give him your username/pw, but that would be
account sharing = BAN

giving away a character without any transfer of isk would probably raise RMT (real money trading) flags which would probably result in a BAN... because how do they know this guy is your friend and he isn't some random person who paypal'd you a few bills?

i imagine they would require proof of such a transaction.. i'd follow the advice above
