-6 with minmatar (beware u cannot enter minnie space in highsec without having problems).

You can simply ignore if u dont like it.

This toon is what u need to blitz every blitzable L4 amarr militia mission.

Torpedo spec. V is a waste of SP if your goal is making L4s in FW.
Cause if u make a lot of missions, u will use always the same numbers of volleys to kill a tower or a BS (with TS V u cannot save 1 volley sadly, they stay with 1 small % of hull that force u to use another volley, i tested with my 2nd toon for L4s).

the extra % that the Torpedo spec V gives is not 100% usable.

if u overload in L4 missions u are doing it bad cause overload costs isks to repair in station or with nanite.

in FW missions u shoot towers or BS, so target nav prediction IV is perfect for hitting these targets.

implants u can buy what u want, but it doesnt matter with the missions, considering the ones i get are
totally fine for making missions and considering that u can get caught running via gates.

i appreciate your comment, but this show u never made L4s FW for amarrs in hardcore mode
grinding isks all day.

for the other guys that bidded 6b i say thanks, but i cannot accept the offer.
